The room was perfect. the fridge was stocked partially upon arrival. It included a bottle of wine. the bread and pastries offered for breakfast were amazing and brought right to my door fresh every morning. the location was fabulous, great.
i waited 15 minutes to enter the building upon arrival. no one was at the reception and the door was locked. nobody picked up the phone, though a kind lady next door called a few people and then the receptionist arrived.

The hotel is near commerce square, ferreira square and many restaurants with terraces. it is easy to join tours as departure points are close to the hotel. So practical.

amenities were great and there was free milk, fruit for juicing, cheese, and more. i could reach tram 28 terminus easily and the train station was within walking distance. the experience was great!!!

the staff are supportive at the reception desk to let you in upon arrival. they answer questions and offer guidance on local transport and were very polite. this was appreciated.

the room was a good size, ideal for the downtown location and still quiet. the bathroom was nice and the early morning bread and pastry deliveries were wonderful. everything was amazing!!!

The staff provided gluten-free bread and refilled the food daily. The room had super clean conditions. Beatrice assisted with phone calls and transport arrangements. I found her helpful. The location is great. Many places are within walking distance!
The shower did not provide adequately warm water. I also did not find basic amenities, like body lotion or cotton pads.
